Chrissie Morris Spring 2012 is super, super cute

Lately, British female shoe designers have been taking luxury footwear by storm. Charlotte Olympia, Tabatha Simmons and now Chrissie Morris are making some of the most fun and creative shoes on the high-end market, and I find something new to like about those ladies and their wares with every passing season. I defy you to take a look through Moda Operandi’s selections from Chrissie Morris Spring 2012 and not, at the very least, crack a smile.
Some of this collection has a very 60s mod British feel to it, which is fun but may draw a few detractors. Most of the shoes are very modern, though, and Morris’ uses of exotics is wonderful. The addition of texture on top of color is always a winning combination.
